Registration & Participation

Valid registration — Registration is valid only after successful payment confirmation.

Eligibility — Participants must meet the eligibility criteria as prescribed by the organisers.

Disqualification — Misrepresentation of facts, providing false information, or violation of event guidelines will lead to disqualification.

Changes — The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the audition dates, venue or process due to unavoidable circumstances.

Media consent — By registering, participants consent to the use of their photographs, videos, and personal details for event-related promotions and media coverage.

Final decision — The decision of the organisers/judges will be final and binding.

Non-refundable — Under any circumstances registration/participation fees are non-refundable (including but not limited to non-appearance, personal reasons, or technical issues).

Non-transferable — No transfer to another person. Registrations are strictly non-transferable. You cannot transfer your payment/registration to another individual.

Final decision — The organisers' decision will be final and binding.

Standard privacy practices — We follow standard privacy practices to protect your personal information.

Details collected — Details collected during registration (name, contact, documents, etc.) will be used only for event management and communication purposes.

No selling or renting — We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties except as required for conducting the event or by law.

Payment security — Payment transactions are securely processed through Razorpay / UPI and we do not store your card/banking details.
